Do I need to leave my gate unlocked?
Yes. Please leave gates unlocked and pets secured inside so we can safely access the yard. Friendly dogs may be in the yard during service
Do you come if it snows or rains?
Weather can affect service. If the yard is not safely accessible or waste cannot be seen, service may be delayed or adjusted.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, you do not need to be home for service.
What if the grass is tall?
Tall grass can make waste harder to see. Keeping the lawn mowed helps us provide a better cleanup.
Can I add this to mowing?
Yes. Dog Poop Scoop works well with weekly mowing and helps keep your yard cleaner between lawn visits.
